Caff Americano is a type of coffee drink prepared by diluting an espresso with hot water, giving it a similar strength to, but different flavor from traditionally brewed coffee.

Batch Brew is Coffee Made by the batch. Our batch size is 1.5 gallon to 10 oz of coffee. Batch Brew is all about the equipment which allows the user to prepare large batches of filter coffee in one, automated go. These batches can vary in size the small domestic drip brewers of yesteryear would often produce around one litre of coffee which could be seen as a small 'batch'.

A cortado is a Spanish-origin general term for a beverage consisting of espresso mixed with a roughly equal amount of warm milk to reduce the acidity. The milk in a cortado is steamed, but not frothy and "texturized" as in many Italian coffee drinks.

A method of brewing that extracts a fragrant, syrupy coffee topped with an obligatory thick "crema". Our espresso boasts great depth with a clean, pleasant & persistent aftertaste! We pull an 18g shot of pure goodness!

A flat white is a coffee drink consisting of espresso with microfoam (steamed milk with small, fine bubbles and a glossy or velvety consistency). It is comparable to a latte, but smaller in volume and with less microfoam, therefore having a higher proportion of coffee to milk, and milk that is more velvety in consistency allowing the espresso to dominate the flavour, while being supported by the milk.

Our Hot Chocolate is made with three Ghiradelli chocolates, Their Sweet Chocolate syrup blended with bittersweet chips & cocoa powder make up this decadent treat.

We put more emphasis on developing the caramels and chocolates in this long low & slow roast. This nullifies the bitterness and burnt taste generally associated with darker roasts. You will experience a pleasant aroma and a mild, smooth flavor in this premium South American coffee. The profile of this coffee makes it a great candidate for our famous French Roast. This particular Brazil Cerrado coffee is grown in the Cerrado region of the Minas Gerais state, the largest coffee producing state in Brazil. High temperatures, rich mineralized soil and consistent rainy seasons make Brazil a prime growing region.

At Hacienda Miramonte (Willow estate), the business is all in the family. Over 100 years ago, Lucila Duval de Morales purchased this land and began planting coffee. The birthplace of coffee, Ethiopia produces some of the most interesting coffees in the world. Defined by its wildly sharp tanginess and thick-bodied liquor. Harrar is one of the oldest cultivars of Arabica coffees, Long- berry beans from the region are grown at extremely high elevations. We roast this Ethiopia Longberry light to elicit bold, complex flavors with a floral aroma. With a sharp, winy acidity this coffee proves to be stimulating to the senses, and because of its sweet, fruity notes. The finish is absolutely remarkable. Medium Roast - African

High in the Sierra Madres the volcanic soil, rich in minerals and nutrients, produce the outstanding flavors unique to this region. Our Los Volcanoes Antiguan coffee brings caramel notes to the palate and finishes with deep, subtle hints of honey, melon and lemon. This coffee is grown on small plots at elevations nearing 5,000 feet on the slopes of the Sierra Madres between two volcanoes. Guatemalan coffees are Strictly Hard Bean and have a wonderful acidity. With full body and sharp, lively acidity, Kenya AA delivers a surprising winey flavor evocative of black currants. This medium-roasted, Kenyan coffee is denoted by the grade AA, meaning it is large in size as well as flavor. With its definitive acidity and heavy body, Kenya AA is layered with hints of fruit, giving complex sweetness with a pungent aroma. This is a mellow coffee that has earthiness with hints of baking chocolate and spice. We bring these beans to a Full City roast to bring out the character hidden beneath its weathered exterior. The process, known as monsooning, simulates the early days of shipping coffees in old wooden ships. These ships would leaked a bit and the salty sea water would alter the coffees flavor and appearance. This coffee has great depth and a wonderful finish. It tastes like no other and is awesomely unique. Medium Roast - Indian

This is a wonderful Central. It is Fair Trade Organic and done in a Medium Roast. Great fruit, excellent aroma, balanced acidity.

Sulawesi Coffee has a heavy body and creamy texture. This is a rare coffee grown by the very old Toraja region coffee trees on the island of Sulawesi located in Indonesia. It is also known as Celebes Kalossi Coffee because it's grown on the Island of Celebes which was the old Dutch name for the island. Many of these trees are more than 250 years old and originate before the Dutch first arrived to this island.

This naturally processed Indonesian coffee is one of the most unique coffees on earth. The most full-bodied of all coffees, Sumatra Mandheling delivers heavy, syrupy body and very little acidity with a heavy mouth feel. Sumatra Mandheling coffee has hints of chocolate and brown sugar. It is well-known for its smooth finish that is both earthy and complex. Rich in history and rich in flavor, these coffee beans are as much legendary as they are tasty. This Tanzanian Peaberry coffee is grown on the slopes of Mount Kilimanjaro in the Mbeya Region of southwestern Tanzania. This is an excellent coffee characterized by notes of lemon zest, peach and black tea. We find that these Peaberries have a sweeter taste and roast more uniformly. Medium Roast - African

Yirgacheffe is a coffee region in southern Ethiopia that produces excellent fruit-toned coffees that are notably fragrant and delicious. This is one of those coffees that you just dont roast dark! We drop this coffee just after 1st crack.
